YourLifetile reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
 

Ordering
All orders that you place with YourLifetile will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Personalised Information
Please ensure that information supplied for your YourLifetile is accurate as we will have to charge for further amendments and reproofing. YourLifetile cannot be held responsible for names, dates and details spelt incorrectly if they are not picked up.

Proofs
Proofs are sent as PDF files via email, using the wording/details supplied and colourway agreed in your order - please note that you are responsible for checking spellings/dates etc. If items are signed off with typos and subsequently printed, YourLifetile takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, they will be charged for. Also note that colour on screen can differ from printed colour. Any changes required to the wording must be emailed or phoned through and the proof rechecked and signed off. Due to the bespoke nature of the printing small variations in colour may occur.

Signing off
YourLifetile requires that, once happy with the proofs, you sign, scan/fax/send back a sign off form to confirm that you are happy with all elements of the proof from start to finish and are happy for your YourLifetile to be printed. Printing can occur as quickly as the same day as sign off, so any subsequent corrections, not mentioned before sign off will result in the additional/amended artwork to be charged on top of the original order.

Design Copyright
All designs are the copyright of YourLifetile. All rights reserved. YourLifetile retains the right to reproduce copies of your work for promotional purposes, however we will not re-create any Lifetile with birth dates and details as we are aware of the risk of identities being stolen. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any details you ask us to include in your Lifetile.

Timescales
Once we have received your order, we aim to get PDF proofs to you within three days. Once approved, your finished artwork will be delivered within 7-10 days. These time-scales are from when payment is received and are at the outside. Every effort is made to get orders processed and sent as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.

Prices
The price includes the typesetting, proofs and printing. The prices shown are inclusive of UK taxes, where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Delivery
Deliveries can be expected 2-4 days from approval of your artwork.

A signature will be required on delivery to provide proof of receipt. We must be notified of defective goods within five working days or you are not guaranteed a replacement.

YourLifetile prides itself on exemplary customer service and quality. Every effort is made on YourLifetile part to ensure that parcels are sent and delivered safely. If the parcel is delayed or lost YourLifetile will do all possible to locate or replace the YourLifetile and seek compensation itself from the party responsible. If, however, delay or loss of a YourLifetile order results in it being useless for its original purpose YourLifetile accepts no liability for any cost additional to that of replacements. Where YourLifetile performs its obligations to rectify defective/lost orders under this condition you will not be entitled to any further claim in respect of the work done nor will you be entitled to treat delivery thereof as a ground for repudiating the contract, failing to pay for the work or canceling further deliveries.

Responsibility
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery to you.

Cancellation
Cancellation of order will be subject to any costs incurred and the full order will be charged if the order has been signed off and printed. Except in cases of a manufacturing defect we do not accept returns of personalised items. We must be notified of defective goods within 24 hours of receipt of your product. Defective goods must be returned to us by recorded post. We will reimburse postage costs. Upon receipt of defective goods we will contact the customer to arrange a replacement or refund.

Force majeure
YourLifetile shall be under no liability if unable to carry out any order for any reason beyond its reasonable control including (without limiting the foregoing): Act of God; legislation; war; fire; flood; drought; inadequacy or unsuitability of any instructions, electronic file or other data or materials supplied by the customer; failure of power supply; or owing to any inability to procure materials required for the completion of the order.

YourLifetile and yourlifetile.com has tried to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate, however it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the site through technical or other reasons. We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the site. YourLifetile does not guarantee the functions of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components. You will be responsible for the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
